Mr. Ron D. Carey, founder of J&L Supply, is known for his commitment to preserving oil & gas memorabilia and antique vehicles. His passion for history promotes a company-wide positive outlook and provides opportunities for J&L Supply to give back to the community.
Mr. Carey has donated many antiques to Heritage Park and Pioneer Acres to allow for public appreciation. He prides himself in antique restoration and has been a strong supporter of the Calgary Stampede, known around the world for its celebration and preservation of Western history.

Ron Carey stand alongside a 1926 Shell Tanker. Carey said the area where the tanker is kept is one of his favourite spots in the museum. Directly behind the ‘light fuel delivery truck’ is a faux storefront that houses dozens of smaller Shell automotive artifacts including a Shell gas station sign that he said “in that kind of condition would go for $2,000-$3,000.” Olivia Condon/ Calgary Herald/ Postmedia Network
